Troubleshooting Info

If you receive an error or spinning wheel from the player when the page loads, this is most likely because the streaming location has not yet begun broadcasting. The player will automatically retry every 10 seconds until the stream begins. If you are within 10-15 minutes of your lecture start time and you do not yet have a stream available, please reach out to your BARBRI contact. Once the video begins, if it pauses at any point, do not refresh the page or intervene in any way, as this will cause you to lose your spot. Rather, wait for the player to resume automatically, as it will resume exactly where it left off.
